Supporting Moms of Older Teens & Young Adults —through the tense moments and into deeper connection

…and I know how heart-stretching this season of parenting can be.
When our kids were younger, there were whole books about what to expect. But the path of parenting an emerging adult, especially in these fast-changing times, asks something new from us.
They still need us. Just not in the same ways.
And sometimes, even with the best intentions, conversations can spiral into tension, pushback, or shutdown.

And as if parenting an older teen or young adult wasn't complicated enough...
For some of us- depending on our personal histories, this stage of parenting is not only asking us to learn new skills, but we are also faced with that stomach-squeeze feeling of realizing we may have inadvertently leaked some of our generational "stuff" onto our kiddos.
And as uncomfortable as those cringe-surfing moments are, they are exactly what sets our kids up with a foundation that empowers them as they navigate their own challenges. By continuing to do our own work, we are modeling the foundations for resilience. Which is always important, and perhaps especially important since they are stepping into adulthood in these fast-changing time.

I'm so glad you're here.
I’d love to invite you to explore the resources here—and if you’re feeling called, let’s connect in a free Relief Blueprint Session. It’s a chance to explore your biggest parenting challenge and co-create a personalized plan. You don’t have to figure this season out alone.
From my heart to yours,
Simona

They still need us, just not in the same ways.
This season of parenting asks so much of us:
To be steady when things get rocky.
To offer guidance without gripping too tightly.
To stay connected when the conversations get tense.
Even when the road feels unclear...
There is a path— and you don't have to find it alone.
